Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing our online tutoring services. We value your time and strive to provide each client with a high-quality, personalized learning experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all students, the following policy applies to all booked sessions:

Refunds

• Full refunds will be issued only if the session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

• Refunds will not be issued for sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with no penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

• Requests to reschedule a session made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be honored, and any fees paid will be forfeited.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

• Clients who do not attend the session (no-show) or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

• This policy ensures that our tutors’ time is respected and that other students have access to available time slots.
