Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Thank you for choosing our online tutoring services. We value your time and strive to provide each client with a high-quality, personalized learning experience. To ensure fairness and availability for all students, the following policy applies to all booked sessions:
Refunds

Full refunds will be issued only if the session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.

Refunds will not be issued for sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time.
Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with no penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Requests to reschedule a session made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be honored, and any fees paid will be forfeited.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations

Clients who do not attend the session (no-show) or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

This policy ensures that our tutors’ time is respected and that other students have access to available time slots.
