Rescheduling Policy

MBLEx Pro is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized tutoring services that support each student’s learning journey. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules can change — especially for students balancing academics, extracurriculars, work and family responsibilities.

That’s why we strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. While we maintain a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy to ensure fairness and availability, we also recognize that unexpected situations may arise.

 

If you find yourself needing to adjust a session outside the standard policy window, we encourage you to reach out. We will do our best to work with you and find a solution that respects both your needs and our tutors’ time.

Rescheduling 

• Clients may reschedule a session if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time.

​

• To request a reschedule, please contact us through email or phone or log in to your booking account and select an available time slot that works for you.

​

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be accepted, and the session will be considered forfeited.

​

• We recommend confirming your availability before booking to avoid losing your session fee.
